I love to bake. I love sharing something I’ve taken time and effort over and seeing how much pleasure my food gives people. Here, I’ll be sharing recipes and photos of my latest creations. I hope you get some enjoyment from reading or trying them out for yourself.     With help from our gluten free community (including you!), we’ve grown fast in the UK, offering shoppers more choice and variety than ever before. We have recently expanded our range to include 27 brand new products including a Tiger Bloomer, Bagels, Muffins, Breakfast Bars and much more – coeliacs and those living a gluten free lifestyle can look forward to an exciting range of gluten-free food options.

    We regard our community very highly and would love for you to be involved with the brand again; we have a hamper of delicious NEW Udi’s products that we were hoping to send over for you to sample and review on your blog.

    We also have a range of recipes on the website should you like to try any of them out and if you love to bake, we have a whole new range of Gluten Free Baking ‘Mix’ products such as an all-purpose flour and a Choc Chip Brownie Mix that may be of interest!

    • Hi Laura, I’d be up for trying anything that can be used in a recipe. I bake from scratch, so baking ‘mix’ products aren’t for me, and ready made products would only be helpful if they were items that I can use within a recipe – looking at your range of products on your site I would say that bread, biscuits and granola are things I could potentially incorporate into something. Also, if you’re looking for other gluten-free bloggers, check out – they already do reviews of gluten-free products and I’m sure they’d be happy to try some of your new products.
